Membership Initiated by a subcommittee of the Consumer Committee of UAMS Partners for Inclusive Communities [formerly the University Affiliated Program of Arkansas (UAP)], the group now includes even more individuals with disabilities and representatives from various agencies, divisions and organizations. Currently, individuals with disabilities and their family members comprise 45% of the membership.
